Annual General Body Meetings

RWA organizes General Body Meetings and AGMs twice in a Year.

A General Body meeting is held in the Month of March and the AGM is held in the month/s of September/October every year. Proper logistical  arrangements including tentage, Buffet tables and catering are made to serve refreshments and Lunch to Members without cost to members. These arrangements are subject to constant review and dates can be shifted suitably as per weather  conditions and general consensus.
